@AmazonHelp I ordered an Eliptical machine. It was broken in shipping so my order was cancelled and refunded before delivery. I was told I have to *re-order* to actually GET one. Now it's $100 more expensive than when I ordered it. It should have just been *replaced* vs *cancelled*!

@TomLonde For me the issue is always finding something to use my credits on, since I pretty exclusively buy the cheaper ebook+audiobook bundles on Amazon, which leaves my audiobook only purchases pretty rare.

@sarahovenall Our dryer was starting to squeak. Turns out it was just a worn out belt wheel that was a tool and a cheap part off Amazon to fix. Provided everyone remembers to load the washer properly its still running smoothly. I'm thankful the owners left machines I could use.

Emailed them a video of the issue, a photo of the serial number sticker, and the Amazon invoice. We'll see if I get either a repair or a new microwave out of this! Hope they can fix it soon. Nearly all of my meals on-hand require a microwave!
