Hi @Roku I am having difficulties logging in to my Apple TV+ account on my Roku HD+ following a fibre break and subsequent factory reset. Apple asking me if any firmware updates available? I could not find any for device or app? What should I tell them?

For exemple this year, they just had one issue during the 1pm window when the service was unavailable for like 2 hours. Other than that, perfect

@MLSist The reason given - more content for Apple TV - seems a little ridiculous given how many regular season games there are (plus Nations League). I know they just want more playoff games but…I can’t imagine watering down the reg season even more makes the players happy either.

@AppleSupport – please fix your Roku app! Tried every fix on Net (factory reset, reload, power off etc) & still refuses to sign in. All other apps fine & AppleTV+ acc fine on all other devices. Something in your January 12 app update? IOS security check comment?

It's weird that this issue doesn't happen with Bluetooth speakers - Apple TV tends to persist the BT output options, and usually it picks it up as long as the BT speaker is on.

@adater Im so sick of this! How can we change/ fix this? I love the AVS. I have Comcast I have Netflix I have HBO max I have Hulu I have Amazon oh and I have Apple TV. I will start by removing Comcast very soon. All of this is ridiculous in so many ways.

@Apple @AppleTV why is it when I use Siri on AppleTV it always defaults to the music app yet when I use Siri on the phone it’ll play songs on YouTube music or a movie. No problem. Please clean this up -management

@BretLitke94 I live in Vancouver and have the Sportsnet now package. I have had zero issues in canada. I watch on my Apple TV so delays in video do happen, but it’s a quick fix and no bother. In the US I have to be on a hotspot from canada in order to watch games aren’t on wifi there

@glasto1st_timer I got the same problem and I also reported it to Apple. I'll do more investigation on this but it seems to me like an AppleTV / Apple issue with the receipt for any app.

originally the Apple TV way back in 2006 was codenamed iTV but they couldn't name it that because of the ITV channel, and later with the Apple Watch it was a similar copyright issue with the name iWatch

@shirogames having a tough time with #EvoLand2 crash on AppleTV. Especially bad it happens after finishing the last fight, but still waiting through the cut scene. Would be great if save happened, and next restart would let me restart the finishing cut scene.

Can anyone get the family sub working on @matteo_gobbi ‘s #IPTVX Issue I have is that it shows for me but when I switch to another user on the Apple TV box and open IPTVX they don’t have active sub. The family sharing sun is all ok on their iPhone. Tried reinstalling app.

@casannhol2 I get ya there! I relax to the TV when winding down, so when I turn on a TV & it says, “Welcome Holly” & there are no actual channels, I cringe. I usually travel w/ my Apple TV & iPad, so I can airplay to TV, but many times TV’s are Google, so sadly I end up watching my ipad. 🤦♀️
