@bookingcom @redroofinn My booking is cancelled and I really had hard time,because I wasn't informed in advance.I was there and they said they were overbooked and they did not give me a room.They said they'll issue me a full refund and i'm kindly asking you to do it asap,please.

@MaryLuzOnFood @bookingcom Definitely. Would not recommend. I was hopeful, because I’m here for ICA and it would be nice to know of a good place to stay, but this isn’t it. The TP is just the latest issue.

@bookingcom Please can you re-read my complaint and respond accordingly? I didn't have a problem checking in. The issue is that I checked in, paid and was then locked out for the second night. Telling me to contact you on the day of arrival next time, is absolutely not relevant.

Have GST invoice or not. When I have opt the option of Business purpose. It's your responsibility to provide me the invoice.

Hi @bookingcom I've had a problem with shown information on website, in addition a partner doesn't respect privacy policy. I think it's terrible because you lost potential clients. You should take actions in this way, it's first time with you and I'm disappointed. Bless you guys

@bookingcom I had an amazing customer service from Rijoy F. She was quick to understand the issue and diligent to get us a solution. #Product I would suggest to add to your backlog a feature where a user is getting a warning when they book an accommodation on the day

After 5 contacts to @bookingcom customer service (the first of which in August 2022 and the last one 3 days ago) to file a complaint involving serious GDPR concerns, I’m informed this last time that the issue has NOT been p***ed on to the investigation phase yet!!! Since Aug2022.

@bookingcom your customer care set is the worst in the whole world. You have no privacy rules regarding the card online. Without even making the booking my amount of Rs 24000 was debited and now even after calling customer care UK two times my issue isn't resolved.

@xinkedbarbiex @bookingcom Yes, they’re total garbage. I tried to get refunded as the property I booked was a complete wreck, including broken furniture left in the middle of the bedroom. But as the property didn’t respond to messages, booking decided there was nothing they could do 🤡
