$TBLA has been in a major downtrend despite having great earnings and guidance is down 40% this year. Much of that move is on very low volume....
They bought Connexity 9 months ago for $700 mil and street liked deal. Now their entire company worth $1.2 bil.

The only possible negative that I see for $tbla is connexity. They are E-comm adtech and we all see that E-comm guidance is down.
If anyone has any further color on this would be greatly appreciated.

@urigr Thank god I thought their was something I was missing.
They already used capital to grow via connexity. Now they are down 50% since they despac'd and probably going lower unless they buyback shares in my opinion.
Personally I emailed the company to announces a buyback program

@Steve_Galvis @AdamSingolda Hi, Adam. My web developer & I spent all summer getting Connexity tags and everything set up including feeds. Your German Alex guy was very poor in communication, thus, I didn't know what Connexity was about. I complained and my account was terminated! Let's fix this please, OK?

@AdamSingolda @Steve_Galvis Alexander Sporr is German customer service for Connexity and I think Adam should look into the language issue here between English & German. I think if Adam can fix this issue, it will help Connexity in the long run. https://t.co/jgwIwRgtSc

The only consistent problem I had with Connexity is that it would never scale!!!
I could maybe run a campaign for a month with their audiences but it never got to the kind of scale that would move the needle on my $100M ARR quota
