feeling very grateful rn - a group of us have sat down & read lancet 2020 and done Yale's coursera on climate & health and finally feel equipped to do some health/climate outreach during COP :)

@coursera I am having trouble with my Google ****ytics Certificate. The Verify ID system has interpretted my name wrong and now because of it all my certificates are showing wrong name on it. If this issue is not fixed it will affect my resume alot.

@WiseDonkay I am told Python is the one that is similar to "natural language" and hence easy to understand. I agree. Google has a Crash course on python on coursera. The instructor there is very nice and videos are very easy to understand.

@discourserater In the finance/accounting example, the company could do it themselves, but then they would be bogged down in research etc. on top of their regular duties. Hiring a consultant is like ripping off a band-aid. It’s costly, but their experts and after they are done then it’s easier

@coursera has the worst customer support.I've been having problem paying for some course using @PayPal. I have launched 3 complaints within 3 days and still NO solution. Coursera support just copy-paste some answer and closes the case. They should take courses on customer service

@ErieNotEerie Find a problem to solve or thing to write that's interesting to you. Look at Coursera and EdX for courses that look interesting. If you're new to coding, have patience with yourself.
