After some time they will say that there is nothing further they can do. Every minute you can keep it going after translates to a quid

@DarcyKeim I understand and should really have thought about this rather than just saying it can be a chore. I was thinking of it in terms of a Deliveroo-style service culture where dignified human contact is increasingly minimal. But I get that’s not the only issue involved.

It's been a year since @DeliverooHelp Plus has been broken for me. I'm supposed to be signed up through Amazon Prime, but I don't get the offers and I get the popup to upgrade every time I use the web. I thought it'd be fixed eventually, but here we are a year in 😁

@DeliverooHelp @Deliveroo Thanks, but no point. It wasn't a lot of money on this occasion, but the principle is unjustifiable. This is something you need to address in your refund policy for all customers. Refunding one individual the money that was inappropriately retained won't fix the problem. Goodbye.

I should have noticed when the “I’m infinitely better than you” ex wouldn’t tip Deliveroo drivers, taxi drivers and rarely tipped waiters. It’s all just a big power flex. All of it. Overcompensating for feeling inadequate deep down I bet.
