@lurch1502 @KobeissiLetter Yes but did FTX fall intentionally to start the domino event…. When EDX was launched by Citadel and other big corporations it was the writing on the wall that the government was gonna take down everything unregulated and let the normal market makers take control.

Do you know what I hate?
Eigenvectors.
I spent almost 2 months trying to learn this on my own in an EdX course.
I finally had a math professor friend explain it to me.
She broke it down and worked through some examples.
It finally clicked.
Moral?
Ask for help.

@SydBean__ depends how you do it. many courses are shorter (1-3 months), some broken into sequence. Udemy has cheap courses. EdX has free courses. Coursera has some free and also has financial aid.

For me it shows that the paid track is 69€ and offers a certificate.

@ujjwalscript Looks great, but the problem with the MIT courses on edx is that they are instructor-paced. Others, as for example the Harvard CS50 courses, are self-paced, which makes it easier to fit it into your life, especially if you're working.

@edXOnline Fix your video streaming services. I prefer to view videos with 2x speed but your viewer keeps getting stuck and can't load a thing. It seems that the playback buffer could not keep up with the speed. This is happening on both browser and mobile devices!

@sunnykgupta Yes, it's there on open edx platform. Can call it synchronised and asynchronous mode where you can ****yse the students provided you have to plugin a lot of other applications for it.
Bridging the gap is good but the problem is with the mindset of the students.

@Faceoffhere @NikkiSiapno It really is. You can enroll for free, get your solutions to the problem sets graded and get a free certificate in the end. If you enroll via edx, edx will try to sell you a paid upgrade for a „verified certificate“, but you can just ignore that and complete without paying.

Today I started Cs50 on edx platform.
I learned about how all data types are encoded behind the hood and which system are where used or using right now for that, problem solving approach, also repeated about: function, conditionals, Boolean expressions, loop and encapsulation.
