@getinstarem firstly my transaction is canceled without a cause. There has not been an option to add a bank account, but you need my bank statement to issue a refund? What does someone do if they haven't received their first bank statement? My money is stuck causing inconvenience

Whats the issue with SBM and RBI, its been waiting for the past 5 days with out proper responses and the confirmed date. Very frustrating!!! You have to improve a lot compared to other international money transfers!

Now I can move my money easily without the silly restrictions you guys had.
Imagine living in 2022 and organizations telling you how much money you are allowed to transfer! 🙄

@getinstarem Got response from tech team. Issue is with Placid which is partially resolve. During these technical issues, My InstaPoint expired as I was not able to complete any transacting in the last one month. Can you anyway be able to credit those back? Total points expired in Jan is 901

I received another call from a representative who was kind enough to acknowledge my issue to be a learning curve promising a swift response but also mentioned that a money transfer from India usually takes 3-4 days @RBI @InstaReMit @prajitn @TheOfficialSBI @NiumGlobal
