We are STILL trying to get our refund on flights that JustFly PROMISED us for our canceled 2020 honeymoon. We were told we would get $1200 refunded. On the phone now it’s down to $380…….

@JustFlyGlobal had a terrible experience. Before flight my wife exhibited covid like symptoms and they said no change. I arranged different flight to get back home and now they say no problem we will change the date. No ty. Refund pls.

Do not ever use @JustFlyGlobal @Justfly356 they are horrible. They are a fraudulent company. There is a hurricane (IDA) hitting aNew Orleans and they stated we can not cancel our ✈️. This company should be shut down. All the representatives answering the phone are in 3rd world co

@FlightHub, your rep Tucker at @JustFlyGlobal told me that I can’t change the airline or use my credit with another airline even though @flysaa is no longer flying from the US. SAA will not issue me a refund and said that I have to go through the company I originally booked with.
