He unblocked my account yesterday, he can help you fix it

@soOfficialbabyy @lyft @Uber The exact same thing happened to me this week! After my ride was done, I got a message that I'm being charged $150 for damages. Nothing seemed wrong when I left the vehicle. I ask Lyft for a more detailed explanation of what was broken, but I'm told there's nothing more I can do.

As a rideshare ***ual ***ault + kidnapping survivor, so much of my case came down to data. Data that only @lyft had collected and had access to. Yet, they refused to cooperate w/ law enforcement. When Lyft updates its policies I fear they're skirting accountability even more.

@AskLyft Can you please fix whatever glitch this is, that's causing the app to deny my pro code? Each time I enter one, I'm told I need to enter a valid code for CANADA... I'm in the US. Was going to give Lyft a try after using only Uber, but this is a lot of h***le b4 1st ride

@lyft needs to fix their system. They allow drivers to manipulate the system and charge for rides that don't perform a ride but no repercussion back to the driver or customer waiting forever on a driver that never shows. Then the said customer gets $5 that expires in two weeks.
