@WorldRemit Your FAQs do not address my issue. I was on the phone with one of your agents and I am being asked to authorise a payment to Kenya through Remitly so they can send me reset details. Is that how you reset accounts by asking customers to send money to someone I dont know?

@remitly The stupid thing about it is there wasn't supposed to be two transactions, but because of a weird issue with your interface, I accidentally did the second transaction. You declined the first transaction, permitted the second, and then closed my account.

@Ammar_Haider @Wise The issue is if you aren't a resident Pakistani, you have a lot of options including @Xoom @remitly @WorldRemit etc. But for resident Pakistanis options are limited only to @Payoneer and @wise. And Payoneer doesn't let people transfer funds from personal Wise accounts.

@mona_qau @StateBank_Pak remittance rates are not in control of tha banks, rates are locked by the service provider you use to send money to PAK. So if say WesterUnion/Remitly gives you 240, it will be paid out in PKR @240. This issue should be raised with the servixe provider

@Wise Tell me this, why are you the only company that instantly banned me for making a completely legal transfer. Bank didn't have a problem with the wire, Western Union does it every month, and Remitly allows it. I can't even transfer $30 without you banning me
