Another unfortunate shopDisney goof surrounding May 4th Star Wars merch. It seems some who ordered the IG-88 / Boba Fett pin (shown here) were instead sent the Fett / Djarin "half helmet" pin. @Julez751 @DarthSkarlette @shopDisney no problem :) when they announce the restock, just keep that link up, once they do that will be faster. If they don't announce a certain date for a restock, just keep refreshing that page. They usually restock at a random times, even really late at night.

I did the Minnie Main Attraction drop with a queue in 2020 and it was so easy. I don't know why they didn't

@jasondws @shopDisney When I worked at the Disney Store before the closures, we used to get guests who would try to return/replace items from shopdisney daily. Mostly broken/wrong sizing. Once a wk at least someone would come in with an empty box saying they didn’t receive any items they ordered🤦‍♀️😬

Hey @shopDisney can you please give us customers an option to not use #UPS for shipping, I would pay more for shipping to not use them. They don't allow holds or address changes without huge additional charges. Now that I am back in the office 2 days a week, it is an issue.
