Online shoppers Beware! @shopgoodwill is the online version of Goodwill. Avoid At All Cost! Bad customer service. They sold me junk that arrived in pieces broken and falling apart that was listed as perfect, told me they don't test or inspect anything and said that's just too bad

@goodwillwa I put the wrong zip code in for a payment and it caused issues with purchase on shopgoodwill. This location could not fix the purchase and forced me to take a past due on my account. Oh they tried to randomly charge one of the cards on my file without my authorization

@AP Shopgoodwill has been a thing for years.. and its sorta a dumpster fire. Many of their shippers are not good at packaging and items frequently arrive broken..

@normavela that's the problem. I saw a vintage Rhett Butler one on shopgoodwill and got excited and then realized I don't actually want it. But I would have killed for it when I was a kid. They should give money to little kids because what's the point of having it when you're old?

@shopgoodwillcom I watched this dress all day long for 12hrs and 53 seconds. I put a bid of 85.00 at 35 seconds left and GW recorded my bid as 79.00 which did not happen. This online is a cheat!! Deceptive and down right wrong! For 2 1/2 hours no action until I bidded. Fakenews

They receive goods for free, and pick through items for their shopgoodwill auction site. Have consistently been raising prices. Thrift stores are not raising prices due to resellers.

@dmgdeeb I could see them doing local pickup only which I have seen them do on shopgoodwill (e.g. for large lots of broken consoles). Totally agree w/ you though that anything else would be better than seeing them go to get junked.

Unfortunate but true. Ever since ShopGoodwill became a thing most stores around here in CA stocked nothing but ewaste at best, reserving anything remotely valuable for eBay. Last good places left are the local spots and Savers if you’re lucky enough to have one nearby.

I have another video card, which I bought from ShopGoodwill about a year ago. It won't fit in my HP slimmie, but it ought to clear the more roomy confines of the Dell with ease. Problem is, it's not powerful; a little under the horsepower of a GTX 750.

Disappointed w/ @shopgoodwill today. Rumor they would test items & if it was broke, would still list them as 'untested' to get people to buy broken items. Hoped it wasn't true until it happened to me. Item was obviously broken and they claimed to not have a USB cable to test it.
