@SKYserves, the other day we had a service visit and was identified that it's a main line issue, tat 2‐3 days. Surely today they arrived to fix it, but the cable aint enough so "we'll come back tom, most likely". And that's just very efficient.

@Mitamitang @SKYserves That used to happen to me until they replaced my modem. The modem I first got was for the 20 mbs plan I had. When I upgraded to 40 mbs, my old modem could no longer handle the speed. So they replaced mine. That might be the issue.
