@CHAPSBARBERS1 @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK It's saying the same for everyone, but it's a known IT issue. Put the form in, and just let them work on it. Each claim is being checked manually and taking longer. Ours took 28 days to get an answer.

@michael281286 @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK Many people have had this, due to an IT issue. Claims are being checked manually and taking longer to process. Don't keep submitting forms, though, as each time you do, it pushes your claim back down the queue. Ours took 28 days to get an answer. Got paid 7 days later

@TUIUK absolute disgrace that I have been on hold for over 90 minutes without even getting an answer. I get you guys are busy but if the option to manage the issue isn’t available on your website or app you need to have the resource to deal with the enquiry on the phone 😡

@g_pursallward @bhx_official We found this a few weeks ago..no problem with security but @tui then delayed flight by 3 hours so we spent 330am to 9am stuck in departures....with children's its no fun!

Ours took 28 days to get an answer. Every time you fill in a form, it pushes your claim back down the queue. One form and a little patience needed

@booji01 @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK We had the same problem with our diverted flight. If you have filled in the form, they will figure it out, as all claims are being checked manually due to IT issues. They sorted ours out, and we got an answer in 28 days.
