@virginmedia It was fixed yesterday morning, we didn't do anything more and sky mobile txtd my mum at 1030am, saying the issue should be fixed and she should be able to receive calls from virgin mobile again. We tried, it worked, they gave my mum 4 months free Netflix and HD channels

@VirginMobileUAE Please stay away from this! My wife has been having issues with them for last 2 days. Out of the blue her line has technical issue and it’s been more than 24hr and the technical team didn’t do anything about it still!!! I’ll stop recommending Virgin to people!

@VirginMobileUAE just charge me for a service I didnt ask. Last month I bought a plan with them and this month the bill came again. It is impossible to contact them and no one solves the problem.
